Carle at the Fields - Phase 3

Green Street Realty's development team, Sub 4 Development, will start construction on its third phase of their Carle at the Fields project. The 2.8 acre outlot located on the corner of Curtis Road and Fields South Drive will consist of 3 retail buildings. So far leases have been signed with Destihl Restaurant and Brewery and Hickory River Smokehouse. Construction will start this summer.
