Built in 2018, the 7-story building is a mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units totaling 22 units and 50 beds. Units feature plank flooring, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and balconies. The first floor is home to The Illini Inn bar, a U of I tradition since 1970.
