Green Street Realty's construction team, Sub 4 Development, is wrapping up construction of a new retail building at 501 Commerce Dr in Savoy. Green Street Realty has fulled leased this new 5,000 sq foot building, with Industrial Donut opening in mid April and El Rancho Grande opening this summer.
