Pre-Construction

bio:

Chris is the Director of Pre-construction for Sub 4 Development.  He oversees each project in the design phase, working closely with architects, engineers, city officials, and sub-contractors to come up with the initial budget and schedule.  He graduated from the University of Illinois with a bachelor’s degree in Finance where he also played on the golf team.  After college he worked in residential construction as a trim carpenter for 5 years until starting with Green St Realty/Sub 4 in 2010.  He currently lives in Champaign, Il with his wife and 3 children.
