Mark is CPA and the Chief Investment Officer of Sub4 Development Company where he oversees all aspect of the businesses including investment operations, accounting, investor relations and deal structuring. Mark is also a partner and Fund Manager of Campustown Opportunity Zone Fund I, LP.
Since graduating from Illinois State University, Mark has worked as a CPA for 25 years for both a large national and large local firm where he spent the last 11 years as a partner before joining Green Street Realty and Sub4 Development Company in 2018.
Mark is deeply involved in the community where he chairs the Finance Committee and serves on the Board of Directors of the Carle Foundation Hospital. Mark has Finance Committee or Treasurer roles on the Don Moyer Boys and Girls Club, Champaign County Young Life, Lincolnshire Fields County Club, and Central High School Baseball Boosters Club.
