bio:
Jeff started with Sub4 Development in November 2022. Born and raised in Sunny California – then he moved to Arizona in 1988.
As an Aerospace Mechanical Engineer (PE), He spent 15 years working directly for the DOD designing and managing Top Secret Defense Projects. Then 10 years doing Consumer Products like hand-held gas power 4-stroke engines and Probe Cards for testing microchip circuitry at the wafer fabrication level.
He currently has 18 US Patents in his name and a new one in progress for the construction industry.
He was 11 years construction management experience in both commercial and residential single-family homes. He has also been a business owner over the last 10 years – Tool Store, Skate Shop, Motorsports Company, and Financial Advisors.
Jeff currently lives in Casa Grande, AZ with his wife Christina, son Jeffrey Jr and daughter Aftin. He designed the home he has been living in since 2001.
In his spare time, he is a professional Christian singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumental musician who loves God, his family, and his outreach music ministry.
