Cory joined Sub4 Development as a Superintendent in the Colorado region in 2021. As a superintendent, Cory is the lead person in the field responsible for building a given project.
Cory worked in exterior construction in his hometown of Astoria, Oregon for 6 years before joining the U.S. Army in 2005. During his 7 years of service, Cory deployed to Afghanistan 2 times for a total of 30 months, working on countless mission critical assignments as a wheeled vehicle mechanic. Cory’s final duty station was Fort Carson, Colorado in the city of Colorado Springs. Upon completion of his Army contract Cory stayed in the Springs where he earned a bachelor’s degree in English (University of Colorado), and a master’s degree in Education (Colorado College).
In addition to being his current residence, Colorado Springs is also where Cory met his wife Kate, and is where his son Maddox and daughter Norah were born.
