David joined Sub4 Development as a Superintendent for the Colorado division in the summer of 2022. David brings to Sub4 10 years of residential construction experience managing virtually all aspects of the building process.
Prior to his construction experience, David served in the U.S. Army as an active-duty Infantry Soldier. During his time serving our country, David deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
David is an avid outdoorsman. Living in Colorado allows him to do the things he loves to do outside of work which are hiking, trail riding, camping, and enjoying the peace and solitude the mountains offer. David has two sons who are currently in college.
