Andy joined Sub4 Development in June 2022 as the Colorado Director of Construction. He brings 22 years of project management and operations experience. Prior to joining Sub4, Andy spent the last 19 years with a national luxury homebuilder managing all aspects of single, multi-family and master-plan projects. He’s managed developments in Indiana, all throughout New England and Northern California.
He now resides in Monument, CO with his wife Whitney, son Jaxson and Bassett Hound, Lucy. Andy is an avid golfer and enjoys cooking and BBQing with friends and family.
